19th Century Toronto Row House
This 19th century Toronto row house is filled with color and personality. Closing off the opening to the dining room created a living room that provides seating for ten and has a mix of contemporary and vintage elements and a fireplace with a unique copper surround. The entryway has checkerboard marble flooring which leads into the dining room; 18th century chairs and window treatments pull in the colors of the red walls and the blue artwork. In the kitchen, some elements were added and some removed; the updated space has a new island topped with sushi grade Japanese wood and an overhead custom-painted lantern, new backsplash, and lower green and upper off-white cabinetry.
