Builder-Grade Family Home Makeover

The addition of different finishes was the key factor in this builder-grade family home makeover. On the main floor, the original doors were changed out for custom oak doors. In the kitchen, adding floating shelves, replacing the pendant lights and adding in some decor pieces totally changed the vibe of the space. Floor-to-ceiling drapery in the living room adds a soft moody touch as well as providing heat and light control. A stunning custom vanity surrounded with bag and shoe storage and a custom bar adds a touch of luxury to the primary bedroom. In the ensuite, the soaking tub was replaced with a freestanding custom vanity, and the shower was modernized with a custom bench and hidden niche.
