Renovated Waterfront Condo

This renovated waterfront condo was given a glamorous update. A beautiful limecast fireplace mantel is the focal point of the living room which has a leather sofa, custom swivel chair and an Italian chandelier. Although the footprint was unchanged, the small kitchen got a facelift with new cabinetry, a dark green art deco inspired backsplash, a brass hood vent, Caesarstone quartz countertops and peninsula seating, along with a small bistro style dining area. The adjacent small den space was converted into a totally functioning pantry, breakfast area and bar space. In the principal bedroom, the queen bed has a striking leopard patterned headboard, and the walk-in closet was outfitted with custom inserts. The primary bathroom has a neutral color palette and large vanity. Other features include the foyer with its dark millwork cabinetry and art deco style brass handles and the bold vivacious hallway bathroom with its jungle-inspired wallpaper.
