Directly outside the family room, the upper level has a dining area with pergola and a lounge area with an umbrella and large cozy sectional decorated with blue patterned pillows. Off the side of the patio is a swim spa that the children enjoy all year round.

The lower level has a large barbecue, bar fridge and cabinetry with an expansive countertop that allows for buffet-style meals. A river rock fire pit is a great place to gather with friends. The large grass area provides a place for the kids to play.
